Fixed Asset Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fixed Asset Accounting Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, with a focus on fixed assets. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our fixed asset records, as well as providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records, including purchases, disposals, and capital additions
  • Reconciling fixed asset balances between the general ledger and fixed asset system
  • Preparing monthly consolidated roll forward reports
  • Reviewing periodic vehicle dashboards and key assets for senior management
  • Reviewing accounts and MIS related to fixed assets for submission to senior management

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in fixed asset accounting
  • Proficient in financial software systems, including fixed asset tracking and general ledger software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
