Senior Client Service Manager

Job Overview
This role involves managing client relationships, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have above-average skills in relational database management systems and the ability to use SQL.
Key Responsibilities- Clients Issues Resolution: Resolve company-related issues at the client site promptly and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure connectivity and engagement with client representatives at all levels of assigned accounts.
- Service Relationship Management: Manage client service relationships and serve as the point of contact for all issues related to the organization.
- Deployment Support: Support the client through internal processes to execute timely deployments and/or ensure smooth operations.
- Incident Ownership: Be responsible for total incident ownership, managing all high and critical incidents.
- Reporting: Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects/tasks.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Manage and execute ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Travel Requirements: Visit clients on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be an effective team player and demonstrate proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
