  • Lead Generation:

Relationship Building:

Client Management:

Oversee the fulfillment of client work, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Team Management:

Train new business development staff through the onboarding process and ongoing coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Process Improvement:

Monthly review the development process to ensure it is aligned with company goals and identify areas for improvement.

Cycle Management:

Maintain the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient tracking and analysis of sales activities.
