At Roche, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of millions of patients worldwide. As Senior Manager Logistic, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning and control of the flow of materials, products, and services for the Diagnostics division.

The Position

We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love. This senior management people leader level role will take responsibility for Inventory Planning and Management, Imports, Logistics and Material Management Functions.

  • Inventory Planning & Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from demand planning to ensuring continuous product supply. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and act as the bridge between affiliate, regional, and global functions to align demand, supply, finance, and commercial plans.
  • Logistics & Material Management: Manage the entire logistics and material management functions, including managing the flow of products from origin to end-customer delivery and overseeing material handling, third-party warehousing, and shipping activities across Pakistan.
  • Imports & Export Compliance: Manage the imports' function, import compliance including the timely processing and issuance of DRAP NOCs for medical devices, and manage supply chain compliance with Export Controls and customs tariffs.
  • Strategic & Operational Oversight: Identify inefficiencies in demand and supply processes, propose automated solutions, develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs.
