Senior Car Technician/Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oil Change and auto inspection Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality service delivery, leading and supervising junior technicians, and maintaining excellent customer service with a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily oil and lubricants change services
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
  • Assign duties to technicians and monitor performance
  • Making a duty roster for technicians/staff
  • Recommend products and allied services based on vehicle condition and usage
  • Maintain daily service logs and prepare reports
  • Support the service center team in meeting sales targets
  • Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of tools and equipment
  • Greet customers professionally and guide them about available services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Matric / Diploma / Intermediate (Diploma preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in the automotive service/oil industry
  • Strong knowledge of engine oils, lubricants, oil and air filters
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software
  • Customer-facing experience with product upselling
  • Able to handle inventory and audits
