As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by identifying, qualifying, and generating potential leads through various channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms.
  • Lead Qualification: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of potential clients and track interactions.

You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects and developing relationships with potential customers to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools, and experience with email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
