Job Title: Lead Generation Professional.

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and driven Lead Generation Specialist to contribute to our sales team's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads through strategic outreach efforts. Familiarity with HubSpot is essential for managing and tracking outreach activities, campaigns, and lead data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels using HubSpot tools.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and follow-ups.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using HubSpot automation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
  • A proven track record of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling success.
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, we encourage applicants with:
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in SaaS, Technology, or Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Sales, Sales Software) are an asset.
