Job Title:

Facilities Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead the efficient operation of our facilities and infrastructures. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel, plan downtime for preventive maintenance, schedule downtime when necessary for emergency repairs, and prepare weekly status reports regarding all ongoing projects.
  2. Develop and maintain good working relationships with seniors, peers, and subordinates, develop requests for proposals for high-value, multi-year projects, and perform detailed bid analysis.
  3. Initiate, assist, and analyze studies in order to respond to health and safety audits, manage and close all Facility Helpdesk Requests through IBM RESO Tool, and manage work orders on Maximo.
  4. Responsible for the Data Center Crack Unit & UPS Maintenance, prepare monthly, weekly & ticket closure reports including the RCA Reports for Data Center related issues.
  5. Procurement of monthly cleaning & hygiene consumables, MEP consumables & spares for the fixed contract, manage and submit proposals to the client for all variation jobs.
  6. Provide support to ongoing projects whenever & wherever required, establish programs for preventive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and managing maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire, and security alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with facility operations, capital projects, and data center management.
