Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of financial procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Timely submission of management information to stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Execution of corporate actions related to stock trading and settlements.
  • Handle treasury activities, including cash management and investments.
  • Financial reporting and reconciliation, including daily settlements and fund transfers.
  • Customer relationship management and query resolution.
  • Trade confirmation and documentation.
  • Reconciliation of customer portfolios with market data.
  • Monitoring of loan-to-value (LTV) ratios and margin calls.
  • Exception handling and investigations.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Additional Requirements:
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
