Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Our organization seeks a skilled Financial Planning Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes. This key role will ensure effective financial decision-making through insightful analysis and scenario planning. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in financial modeling, performance tracking, and cross-functional business partnering.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process by coordinating with department heads to gather and validate assumptions.
  • Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. budget) with actionable insights to analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning aligned with business goals by developing scenario models to assess business impact under varying conditions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries to ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.

As a Financial Planning Manager, you will collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and other departments to support decision making and act as a finance liaison in cross-functional initiatives and projects.


Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
  • Qualified CA/ACCA.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency is a must).
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
