This role is designed as an onsite position, with the expectation that you will primarily work from our offices.

About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Developer to build solutions from the ground up to meet mission-critical application needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and integrating software systems across platforms, knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and scripting, as well as excellent communication skills for engaging with senior management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Experiment, design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and pipelines with high potential for value and scale.
  2. Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other engineers for successful implementation.
  3. Research and test new machine learning algorithms; conduct training, evaluation, and integration of models.
  4. Evaluate new technologies and tools for machine learning.
  5. Maintain and update existing ML systems.
  6. Develop, productionize, and operate ML models and pipelines at scale, including real-time and batch processing.
  7. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data, improving ML models continuously.
  8. Lead project teams in designing and developing complex cloud products, including solution design, coding, testing, and integration.
  9. Review designs and code for compliance with standards.
  10. Provide feedback to improve product quality and mitigate risks.
  11. Represent engineering in technical forums and mentor team members.
  12. Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into projects.
  13. Analyze complex data processing problems to develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
  • Typically, 7-10 years of experience.

Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Golang is preferred.
  • Understanding microservice architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with designing and integrating software systems across platforms.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior management.
