About Proposal Writing Opportunities

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to research, draft, edit, and submit high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs across various platforms.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities for proposal writing.
  • Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
  • Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with proposal managers.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).
  • Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
  • Organize and update all related proposal documentation.
  • Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.
  • Continuously refine and improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
  • Ensure all submissions are error-free, well-organized, and meet formatting and deadline requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. A degree in English language & Literature.
  2. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding.
  3. 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is preferred.
  4. Prior experience bidding on freelance marketplaces like Upwork is highly desirable.
  5. Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  6. Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation.
  7. Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
  10. Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Mode and Location:

This is an office-based position located at Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
