Digital Media Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to create compelling campaigns that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize paid search campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed strategy reports to measure campaign performance.
  • Create effective calls-to-action to convert visitors into leads.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
  • Manage campaign expenses, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations to improve website rankings.
  • Analyze competitor advertising links and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on new code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
Eligibility Criteria

To succeed as a Digital Media Marketing Specialist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and changes in UI/UX, SEO, paid media, and inbound marketing.
  • Proven skills in identifying digital opportunities and maximizing ROI.
  • Experience defining content KPIs and measurement.
  • A deep understanding of how digital content moves through today's media landscape.
  • SEO knowledge and social media marketing savvy.
  • Excellent project management skills, setting stakeholder expectations, and collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in English.

Candidates should have experience with four or more of the following analysis tools:

  • Web Analytics.
  • Search Engine Marketing.
  • Display Marketing.
  • Google Search Console.
  • SEMrush.

In addition, you should possess the following skills:

  • Keyword research.
  • Ecommerce SEO.
  • Backlink analysis.
  • SEO Audits.
  • Local SEO.
  • Citation building.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with mid to large scale digital implementations.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate large organizations.
  • Experience developing digital assets (infographics, power pages, video) for link acquisition.
