Senior Business Systems Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business and technical aspects to discuss BSS stack architecture and proposed solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between commercial, internal BSS-IT, and vendors.
  • Scope new requirements, devise solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate integration between BSS systems and external/internal integrations.
  • Monitor vendor development, provide API documentation, and support minor development requirements.
  • Oversee change delivery, development, implementation, and prepare forecasts and long-term plans.
  • Define technical evaluation criteria, ensure coherent systems design, and meet agreed SLAs.
  • Develop and improve Development KPIs.
  • Lead policy and process development, refinement, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain healthy relationships with vendors, and assess technical dependencies and resource issues.
  • Identify AI/ML opportunities, develop use cases, and implement AI-powered solutions.
  • Integrate AI model outputs into operational BSS workflows and front-end interfaces.
  • Promote AI-enhanced customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant degree.
  • At least 7 years in BSS Domain, with 2 years in similar role.
  • Management, project management, analytical skills, decision-making, communication, negotiation.
