Job Overview
As a Senior Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for managing the commercial activities of our organization. This includes leading the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Main Responsibilities
• Managing RFQ and bid submissions
• Financial modeling for pricing on RFQs and remodeling as per actual circumstances
• Presenting commercial related issues in meetings
• Planning and ensuring all commercial offers are submitted and POs and variation orders are received against the submitted commercial offers
• Controlling customer pots activity
• Monitoring activities to gauge against contract clauses
• Planning procurement of materials and sub-cons, ensuring its implementation
• Issuing sub-con agreements and pots
• Acting as a front-end between management and sub-cons/suppliers
• Project controlling, checking project activities within budget
• Mitigating risk of negative margin cost variations
• Maintaining database as per SOW
• Advising and drafting reports for high management
• Planning logistics activities for smooth delivery
• Monitoring logistics for delivery of materials in time of desired quality and with least cost
• Preparing quarterly cash flow statement and project unit return for all projects on a monthly basis
• Any other job assigned by management
