
Administrative Assistant to Senior Leadership

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership as a Personal Assistant. Your duties will include coordinating appointments and meetings, managing office operations, and handling correspondence.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Setting up appointments and scheduling meetings for the CEO/Director.
- Interacting effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems and coordination processes.
- Managing communication on behalf of the CEO/Director.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Answering phone calls.
- Organizing official events and arrangements.
- Drafting official letters and documents.
- Coordinating meeting schedules.
- Reviewing and responding to emails.
- Ensuring smooth interactions between guests and the CEO/Director.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and management abilities, with capacity to multitask and direct others.

Working Environment:
