Job Title: GBV Response Coordinator

Job Description

The GBV Response Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of GBV prevention and response initiatives within our organization. This position requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of GBV programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement GBV prevention and response strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of GBV risks and identify opportunities for program improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff and partners on GBV programming and case management.
  • Collaborate with the Program Unit to ensure effective integration of GBV into broader humanitarian responses.
  • Monitor and report on GBV-related indicators and program outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in GBV programming or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GBV principles, policies, and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s).
