As a Contract Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate organization and maintenance of contract data. This involves monitoring and supervising data saved into a contract lifecycle management system to guarantee accuracy and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Database Management: Organize, abstract, store, and retrieve contract data and legal documentation for easy accessibility and well-maintenance.
  • Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input customer contract information into databases or software systems, including details such as contract start and end dates, terms and conditions, pricing information, and relevant customer details.
  • Contract Operations Support: Provide knowledge management of contract landscape, acting as the first point of contact for CLM/contract-related questions, including regarding contract hierarchy, correct contract template selection, validating data in the system, and managing data access.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal business process SLAs, ensuring contract data and reporting are completed appropriately within designated timeframes, while complying with data protection regulations and company policies regarding secure handling of customer information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Legal, or related fields is desirable.
  • Previous experience in data entry or an administrative role is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to handle data update requests promptly and with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in EST time zone is required for evening/night work from home arrangements.
