AI Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex AI systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Python programming, experience with LLM frameworks, and knowledge of agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-agent workflows using various frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
  • Engineer workflows that use MCP for context-sharing and standardized communication among agents and external systems.
  • Develop abstracted agent frameworks supporting planning, reasoning, retries, orchestration, and observability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python programming, including OOP, async programming, packaging, and testing.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
  • Deep understanding of MCP protocols and agent interoperability.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems, software quality, and architecture principles.

  • Analytical mindset with strong debugging and iterative development approach.
