The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development.

You will lead a team of AI professionals, guiding them through complex challenges, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Develop and deploy advanced NLP models and features for our knowledge discovery tool.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into robust AI solutions.
  • Evaluate the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies and methodologies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the technical roadmap for AI, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in NLP and knowledge discovery algorithms.
  • Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with AI/ML development tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
