Customer Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Supply Chain Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity of our supply chain operations, from order management to logistics and after-sales support.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, customer loyalty, and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to align our value proposition with customer business strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing end-to-end supply chain integrity by managing order fulfillment, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Aligning our company's value proposition with customer business strategies to drive continuous improvement on service levels, enhance customer loyalty, and secure enhanced supply chain integration and efficiency.
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including planning, production, procurement, logistics, quality assurance, sales, and supply chain representatives.
  • Understanding market-specific supply chain needs and continuously improving service levels.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing productivity in day-to-day operations and aligning with stakeholders to drive productivity.
  • Maintaining a central repository of customer documentation and interacting with stakeholders to update documents in a timely manner.
  • Keeping markets and customers updated with required documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing and streamlining the repository database to meet organizational and market needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Up to 2-3 years' operational experience in supply chain management or a related field, with expertise in analytical tools such as Power BI/Power Apps.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work across cultures and remotely.
  • Expertise in data visualization and automation, with prior knowledge of shipping documents, supply chain, and customs processes a plus.
