We seek a dedicated academic professional to fill the role of Subject Specialist. The primary responsibility will be to identify core issues in primary and secondary education, focusing on curriculum objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Urdu software, as well as the ability to supervise support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop needs assessment tools for specific areas of intervention
  • Evaluate teaching styles and methods through observation in cluster schools
  • Undertake extensive reviews of course books and syllabi to plan content and strategies
  • Coordinate teacher training programs and facilitate parental involvement
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of students' academic profiles

Requirements:
