Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring efficient use of resources;
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge;
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance;
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness;
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain management;
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive innovation.

Qualifications: B.COM / BBA / MBA
