Job Title: Growth and Expansion Analyst
About the Opportunity
  • We are seeking a skilled Growth and Expansion Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial business unit, you will leverage analytical tools to drive growth across the nation.
  • You will conduct data analysis to provide visibility and transparency to stakeholders, unlocking growth opportunities and driving business forward.
  • Identify and track growth performance KPIs against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to establish and achieve monthly targets, driving business success.
  • Pursue opportunities to develop and improve solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business challenges and recommending solutions across complex problems.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans from initial idea to launch and growth, driving successful outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy, driving business growth.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and execution.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant tools and systems (SQL, Python), with SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases.
  • A commercially focused and consumer-centric mindset, with the ability to convert information into clear ideas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within the technology industry is an asset.
