About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a strong understanding of financial technology systems and products.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance applications tailored for the FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Closely collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
  • Integrate with third-party financial APIs, payment gateways, and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems, ensuring minimal downtime and fast response times.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in application development.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, digital payments, banking workflows, or trading platforms.
  • Proficient in Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework.
  • Solid experience with database management, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven systems.
  • Background in cybersecurity, encryption, or secure coding practices within the financial domain.
  • Understanding of modern front-end frameworks.
