**Software Lead/Developer Role**

We are seeking an experienced software professional to lead and develop complex DotNet projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing offshore projects, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate should have at least 7-8 years of hands-on experience working on similar projects. You should possess excellent project management and communication skills.

  1. Deep understanding of the Dot Net Framework
  2. Experience with WCF, ASP.Net, .Net MVC, Silverlight, WPF, AJAX, HTML, XML, and JavaScript
  3. Familiarity with SQL Server 2000/2005 and other databases
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  5. A proactive 'can-do' attitude and strong problem-solving abilities

Technical Requirements:

ASP.net, HTML5, XML/XSL, C#, Advanced CSS, HTML, MVC, ASP.NET MVC, Prototype.js, Hibernate 3.1, ADO.NET, Castle Windsor, Microsoft SQL, Ajax, XML/XSL, HTML/XHTML, VB.NET
