Senior Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial activities, ensure controls, and develop internal control mechanisms.

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Ensure effective controls of hospital budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Develop and implement robust internal control mechanisms to safeguard hospital finances.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, administering and reviewing all financial plans and their actual results.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyzing performance against approved budgets and suggesting corrective measures as needed.
  • Manage organizational cash flow forecasting and feasibility, working in partnership with hospital heads.
  • Lead the payable section, ensuring timely payments in accordance with SOPs and taxation laws.
  • Prepare aging analysis of payables and advances, managing timely settlement.
  • Ensure timely submission of withholding tax statements and clearing of tax ledgers monthly.
  • Provide efficient support to patients, doctors, and administration at all sites through site finance offices.
  • Ensure SAP S4-HANA finance module (FICO, FM) functions properly and according to defined SOPs.
  • Lead the automation of financial and operational data/information of hospitals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4-HANA finance module (FICO, FM).
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
