Key Responsibilities:
The sales management executive will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
