Role Overview

This dynamic position involves managing and enhancing the sales experience for partner dealers and private sellers, driving growth through effective car listings, customer engagement, and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seller Engagement
    • Execute seller engagement processes, visiting locations to manage and update car listings, while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet PakWheels' quality standards.
  • Customer Inquiries
    • Manage inquiries across various channels, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in assigned car inventory.
  • Sales Execution
    • Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
  • Transaction Management
    • Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Collaborate with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of cars and the local automotive market is essential.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
