Responsibilities
  • You'll make daily cold calls and send emails/texts to connect with prospects.
  • Convert prospects and leads into clients by effectively using sales tools to track progress and improve performance.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Learn about each client's needs, industry, and competitors.
  • Built lasting relationships with prospects and clients for better customer experiences.
  • Foster open communication and transparency throughout the sales cycle.
  • Promote products and services to prospects.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
  • You should have 3-5 years of B2B cold calling and outbound sales experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Punjabi) skills are required.
  • SaaS experience is essential.
  • US Trucking Industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • CRM usage experience is preferred (Salesforce advantageous).
  • Start-up experience is beneficial.
  • You should be able to quickly learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A consistent track record of achievement and hitting quotas is necessary.
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will work as a dependable team player.
  • You should be a self-starter with grit and accountability.
  • You need to own a modern laptop with a working camera.
  • Internet speed of 50 Mbps is required.
