We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager with an MBA in Business Administration, HR or Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
Primary Responsibilities- Our ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
- They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- This role involves effective communication with clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- The selected candidate will analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address client concerns and improve service quality.
- To further enhance the client experience, they will design and implement comprehensive feedback and complaint procedures.
- A strong ability to lead and motivate a team is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient demeanor are also necessary to excel in this position.
- Familiarity with basic social media knowledge is required.
- Experience in trading (shares/commodities) is desirable but not mandatory.
