Nutrition and Food Services Leadership Position

This is a leadership-oriented position that requires providing oversight for all aspects of food services departments, including administrative, education management, financial, and patient care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in food planning, menu formulation, and preparation, as well as experience with quality management systems like ISO 22000:2005.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing annual plans and budgets for food services departments, including manpower, capital, staffing, and operational expenses.
- Leading and directing the overall operations of multiple facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, adherence to government regulations, and compliance with university policies.
- Coordinating and maintaining accreditations for food services departments, including ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA standards.
- Ensuring safe and nutritious food production, timely delivery, and maintenance of food production equipment.
- Enhancing staff competency levels through training and development programs.
- Reviewing customer feedback and coordinating with teams to meet customer expectations.
- Managing official catering and banquet needs for the institution.
- Establishing and monitoring performance standards, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary training, service, research, and committee projects, as well as supporting hospital-based patient-focused clinical nutrition research programs.
- Developing, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures for effective and efficient systems.
