Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic talent acquisition plan, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including creating job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiting partners, placement offices, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and execute employer branding activities to establish a strong employer brand
  • Oversee recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality of hires
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure complete employee database management
  • Measure employee satisfaction and turnover rates and recommend strategies to improve employee retention
Requirements
  • MHRM/BBA/MBA degree with 2-3 years' relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and employer branding techniques
  • High EQ with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
