We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations using KLAES & IMOS, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life.
  • This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and familiarity with KLAES & IMOS preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar 3D rendering software.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present and explain designs effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Capable of producing precise quotations, drawings, and visualizations.
