Job Title

Assist the Quality Manager in implementing quality management systems and maintaining compliance with ISO standards.

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring completeness of records and forms.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop process templates, maintaining consistency in design and formatting.
  • Generate required documents and records for audits and certifications, ensuring seamless access and retrieval.
  • Maintain an organized repository of QMS documents, facilitating easy access for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for documentation and audits.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed, providing support in locating necessary documents.
  • Support the Quality Manager in tracking key performance indicators related to quality, compliance, and certification requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
