We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to support our business development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution process of assigned projects, including sourcing qualified partners, developing project documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders.

This is an ideal position for someone who understands business development processes and has strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Analyze project requirements and identify potential opportunities.
  • Source, vet, and build rapport with partners relevant to each project.
  • Prepare and customize project plans tailored to partner capabilities.
  • Coordinate and gather necessary documents from partners such as pricing, licenses, insurance, and certifications.
  • Draft or assist in drafting project proposals, compliance documents, and submission packages.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, partners, and stakeholders to clarify project scope, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, correspondence, and partner performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, contract administration, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of business development terms, compliance needs, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple parties simultaneously.
