Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide executive support with administrative, communication, and client management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth calendar management.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, and social media content.
  • Assist with customer support as needed.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
  • Utilize project management tools for seamless client interactions.
  • Track and manage tasks using project management tools.
  • Support senior executives with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with international client handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling high-level administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong client relationships.
