
Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide executive support with administrative, communication, and client management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth calendar management.
- Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, and social media content.
- Assist with customer support as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
- Utilize project management tools for seamless client interactions.
- Track and manage tasks using project management tools.
- Support senior executives with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with international client handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling high-level administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong client relationships.
