Revenue Growth and Customer Engagement Specialist Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue for educational products and services while providing exceptional customer support. This includes engaging with prospective customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Main Tasks:

  1. Sales Generation:
    - Proactively engage with prospective customers to promote our educational products and services.
    - Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various communication channels.
    - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  2. Customer Support:
    - Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with product selection.
    - Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product demonstrations and order processing.
    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:
    - Stay up-to-date on our educational products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
    - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue goals.
    - Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
