
Office Administration Executive

This key position entails establishing and implementing administration policies in collaboration with senior management to ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including buildings, furniture, water, and power supply systems for optimal performance.
- Maintain high standards of products and supplies, and supervise repair/maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster effective relationships with suppliers and vendors to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage employee and company asset insurance records for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate files of all administration-related records for easy access and reference.
- Develop strategic responses to external pressures in line with established policy to ensure continuity.
- Preferably a JCO from Pakistan Army or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-6 years of administrative experience within a corporate environment, preferably in a textile industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Effective team player willing to collaborate across departments for mutual growth and development.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Windows, and the Internet for efficient workflow.
