Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Education Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current knowledge on Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and US products through training and applications.
  • Deliver customer education services including product turnover training, upgrades, and follow-up support.
  • Provide application support to resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with current products from leading manufacturers and clinical trends to update customers.
  • Prepare clinical case studies and images to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • University degree in science, medicine, biomedical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and US (Instructor and Operator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility regarding travel throughout various regions.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
