Placidway seeks a skilled Clinical Case Manager to lead patient cases in the EMEA/Asia region. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals with experience managing patient cases and working on a consultative basis worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient cases, respond to patient inquiries, and process all phases of the patient clinical assessments
  • Communicate effectively with medical doctors, handle diagnostic information, and liaise with international medical centers
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience through timely and efficient communication
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews, build relationships, and collaborate with our global patient coordination team
  • Work with other teams to provide comprehensive services, manage customer pipelines using CRM applications, and communicate clearly and professionally
Requirements:
  • Professional level experience in a virtual environment, with a successful work record demonstrated through references or records
  • Clinical training through working as a nurse or doctor
  • Experience in working with patients and ability to be trained on relevant CRM software applications
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoint, and MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education
  • A minimum of four years of relevant working experience, proven track record in meeting performance objectives, and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely, reach an international customer base, and maintain good customer relationships
