Job Title: Overseas Placement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Overseas Placement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing overseas placement promotional strategies to attract top talent from various regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement innovative promotional strategies to attract top talent from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Middle East regions.
  • Collaborate with international agents to facilitate overseas applications, providing regular updates on company developments and conducting agent training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of overseas reference documents and provide expert advice to staff and lecturers on evaluating prospective job qualifications.
  • Provide comprehensive information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation, and travel requirements to potential clients.
  • Offer professional support and guidance on recruitment matters to line and departmental managers.
  • Advise managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
  • Develop job descriptions and person specifications tailored to specific roles.
  • Create effective job advertisements and determine the most suitable channels for promotion.
  • Design or revise application forms, including developing online processes to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate and shortlist applicants based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Design and conduct selection processes, including interviews, psychometric tests, and group activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with current employment legislation and ensure that line managers are adequately informed of relevant changes.
  • Coordinate selection centers for graduate recruitment and senior vacancies.
  • Train staff in interviewing techniques and the role of assessors at selection centers.
  • Develop plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs resulting from organizational restructuring.

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Business Administration (HR)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment

- Proven working experience in an Overseas Placement Agency

- In-depth knowledge of overseas recruitment processes

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong professional connections within the IT industry
