This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Talent Operations Manager, responsible for driving full-cycle international recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will serve as the primary back-office contact for international employees, collaborating with internal teams to manage global talent operations, streamline processes, and foster a people-first culture across regions.
Your Role In Driving Global Talent Operations- Drive Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
- Collaborate With Hiring Managers: Understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
- Design Onboarding Experience: Engage new hires in a seamless, efficient process.
- Serve International Employees: Address HR-related matters and provide support.
- Ensure Compliance: Local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
- Support Employee Lifecycle: Performance management, engagement, offboarding, and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Accurate employee records and effective HR system management.
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
- Skills: Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices; Proven ability to manage multiple projects; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
