Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource expert to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a Senior Manager HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and conflict resolution strategies. Strong expertise in project management, process improvement, and analytics/reporting is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
