About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing regular reports, maintaining company databases, and organizing a filing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Organize a comprehensive filing system for important and confidential documents.
  • Approach vendors and obtain quotations for goods and services.
  • Handle payables and maintain accurate records.
  • Update office policies as needed to reflect changing circumstances.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments with stakeholders.
  • Book meeting rooms as required for internal and external meetings.
  • Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for business purposes.
  • Schedule in-house and external events, including conferences and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an administrative officer or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Experience with office management software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
