Product Manager Position
Are you looking for a challenging role that involves driving product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring successful execution?

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and managing the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
  • Ensure alignment with overall company strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product features, prioritise them based on business impact, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to deeply understand user needs and pain points
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and make trade-off decisions to maximise business value and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Owning the product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of product features and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Define and track product success metrics, including user engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • Techincal Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate closely with engineering teams
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback processes
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure product performance
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and features to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and design thinking methodologies
