Job Title: Operations Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Solicit and gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs and minimum viable deliverables.
  • Document and analyse business processes, identifying areas for improvement focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to support project objectives.
  • Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with technology and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
