Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF Planning & Optimisation Engineer to fill this key role.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery, tracking, and acceptance of rollout projects with precision.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for rollout and acceptance activities, fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution, maintaining high standards.
  • Perform baseline implementations, RF audits, and scripting activities independently, exercising expertise.
  • Utilize and manage internal platforms for seamless delivery, streamlining processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network rollouts and NPM projects, familiarity with RF design, implementation, and post-launch optimisation, and expertise with data automation and dash-boarding tools. Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI and performance improvement are essential.
