RF Planning Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled RF Planning Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RF planning, network optimization, and project management.

Job Description:
As an RF Planning Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end rollout projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely and quality execution. You will also oversee the use of internal platforms, monitor KPIs, and perform parametric tuning for all RATs (2G/3G/4G). Additionally, you will build and automate daily dashboards for project visibility and performance tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with ZTE network rollouts & NPM projects
  • Familiarity with RF design, implementation, and post-launch optimisation
  • Experience with data automation and dash-boarding tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI and performance improvement
  • Exposure to multi-domain network environments
