We are currently seeking an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate to join our team as a People Engagement Trainee for our Lahore Office. In this role, you will assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and work with various stakeholders to achieve the desired results.
- Assist in research and work with different vendors (corporate gifts, printing, sound, decoration, and other event management vendors) and internal departments to build engagement plans proactively.
- Attend job fairs and industry conferences; run company booth at job fairs and maintain & strengthen Contour's brand as an Employer of Choice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing.
- Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in HR.
Job Details:
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday).
